Mint Chutney

  • Mint Leaf
  • Coriander Leaf
  • Lemon Juice You can use fresh lemon
  • Salt
  • Green Thai Chili
  • Water
  • Coconut


  • Take a bundle of mint, stems-off coriander leaves, lemon juice (1 tablespoon)  salt and green chili (5-6).
  • Pour a half a cup of water.   In equal quantities put into blender.
  • Add a little coconut. This adds a bit of consistency


Served as a side for dipping with Dosas, Pita Bread, and other dishes
